The Launch of Workplace @ Dyslexia Show: Pioneering Change

We are less than two months away from the Dyslexia Show and Dyscalculia Show 2024, scheduled for the 15th and 16th of March at the NEC in Birmingham. These shows bring together an incredible community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to supporting those with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and neurodiversity. Organisations working in this field recognise the value of collaborating with the show to connect with the community, gather feedback, disseminate information, and align themselves with a unique brand.

We are delighted to announce the generous sponsors for the Dyslexia and Dyscalculia Show 2024:

Lead Sponsor - Text Help: Text Help returns for a second year, offering the Text Help Lounge, where you can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and engage in conversations with the Text Help team.

Lead Sponsor for Workplace - neurobox: neurobox is dedicated to building neuroinclusive workplaces.

Gold Sponsor - Orcam: After a successful show last year, Orcam joins us as a gold sponsor for 2024.

We cannot deliver this show without the incredible support of our partners and supporters, including the Unicorn School, TTS Special Direct, the SEND Group, SEN Magazine, Studying with Dyslexia Blog, Schools Mailing, and the SEND Cast. We are proud to have the British Dyslexia Association and the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity as our charity partners.

In the ever-evolving landscape of the modern workplace, embracing diversity and inclusivity is not just a choice; it's a necessity. The launch of Workplace @ Dyslexia Show marks a significant milestone in the journey towards creating more inclusive and neurodiverse work environments.

Dyslexia Show, the UK's leading exhibition dedicated to dyslexia and neurodiversity, introduces Workplace @ Dyslexia Show, a one-of-a-kind event designed to empower organisations and senior leaders. This unique platform aims to explore the profound impact of neurodiversity in the workplace, fostering a more inclusive society and unlocking the potential of individuals with neurodiverse conditions.

Why the Launch Matters:

The launch of Workplace @ Dyslexia Show represents a commitment to embracing neurodiversity in the workplace. It signifies a shift towards creating environments where individual strengths and talents are celebrated, and differences are valued as assets. Here are a few key reasons why this launch is a game-changer:

  1. Fostering Understanding: Workplace @ Dyslexia Show offers a comprehensive platform for fostering understanding of neurodiversity. It provides organisations with the knowledge and tools needed to create inclusive workplaces where every employee thrives.

  2. Unlocking Potential: By embracing neurodiversity, organisations tap into the hidden potential of neurodiverse individuals. It's about recognising that diverse minds contribute to innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.

  3. Leading the Way: This launch positions Dyslexia Show as a leader in promoting neurodiversity awareness and action. It invites organisations to join a community committed to pioneering change and making a positive societal impact.

  4. Creating a More Inclusive Society: Beyond the workplace, this initiative ripples out to society. It aims to break down barriers, promote equal opportunities, and inspire change in how we view neurodiverse individuals.

In essence, the launch of Workplace @ Dyslexia Show is not just an event; it's a movement towards a more inclusive and accepting world. It invites organisations to be at the forefront of change, to embrace neurodiversity, and to celebrate the unique strengths of every individual.
