This week, I have found a video from Christian Boar, the dyslexic graphic designer who designed his own font to help dyslexics to read more effectively.

I recently featured his font on an earlier blog post about making websites easier to read for dyslexics, but today's video shows Christian talking about how he came up with the font and why. It is a really good way to understand how the mind works with dyslexia and what can be done in a font to counteract some of those 'mind games'!
I should add that changing the font style might work for some people with dyslexia but it isn't a 'silver bullet' that will fix reading issues for everyone. But this idea is certainly another tool for the toolbox!
Enjoy.
